Call For Canadian Artists: Create a Mobile Music Video For Fido and Keys N Krates

This summer, Fido is inspiring Canadian artists and innovators to embrace vibrant art and culture in their community. As the people at the heart of Canada’s most creative scenes, Fido invites you to #GetCurious and join them in pushing Canadian culture forward.

Fido has teamed up with award-winning director Vania Heymann to create the first-ever interactive mobile music video that features a different viewing experience wherever you watch it. The experience will feature an original track from indie Canadian electronic trio, Keys N Krates.

Canadian artists: you are invited to submit up to 10 photographs or pieces of artwork that piques curiosity and displays the greatest things about your community. Whether it’s your favourite park or the vibrant nightlife scene, they want to see what inspires you. Be a part of this groundbreaking collaboration, submit your original work, and show everyone what’s up in your Canada.

On top of that the mobile music video will premiere at Bestival on June 12, 2015. Selected Artists' work will be credited on the site and remain immortalized as a part of this nation-wide project.

The rules are simple, submit a series of visual snapshots of culture in your city. These can be created as images, videos, time-lapse videos and maybe existing work or created specifically for this opportunity. The aim is to capture cultural moments in the local city to which you live.
You have until May 15, 2015 at 10:00 AM to submit your content and the artists will be selected on May 29th, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Vice Studio in Toronto.

Head over to Talenthouse' website to register for this brand new creative invite and take part in this unique opportunity to showcase your artwork to the world.
