PREVIEW - Castor Gallery - Group Show feat. Banksy, Bast, Dran, Futura, Invader, and many more. - Opening Reception 11/20/14 - LES, NYC

Opening its doors on November 20, 2014, Castor Gallery is pleased to be joining the Lower East Side’s most colorful block, Broome Street between Ludlow and Orchard Streets. With its grand opening slated for January, the gallery will be settling into the neighborhood with a rotation of works from their private collection for the remainder of 2014, including pieces by notable artists such as Banksy, Mario Testino, Damien Hirst, Faile, Titus Kaphar and Dran.

In 2015, the gallery is planning a program including solo exhibitions by Lala Abaddon, as well as Judith Supine. Other exhibitions will include Matt Jones with Eric Ross Wiley, and  special summer exhibition curated by Art Nerd New York’s Lori Zimmer. 
The welcome reception scheduled for November 20th will be held from 6 to 9pm and will feature free drinks and works by Banksy, Bast, Beejoir, Conor Harrington, Damien Hirst, Daniel Arsham, Dran, Faile, Futura, Haroshi, Invader, Jonathan Yeo, Judith Supine, Lala Abaddon, Mario Testino, Matt Jones, Micaela McLucas, Polly Morgan, ROA, Shepard Fairey, and Titus Kaphar that will be rotating over the next two months.

Additionally, if your rolling around the lower east side of Manhattan at night check out the sweet new roll-gate that Borf painted.  It is the the first time Borf has painted a street piece in a Rothko style.
