A Closer look at the "Life Is Beautiful" Street Art program in Las Vegas

In 2013, Life Is Beautiful was founded in Downtown Las Vegas with the goal of bringing together some of the best music, food, art and learning.
Today, we will be focusing on the street art program from Life Is Beautiful which is curated by Charlotte Dutoit from JustKids.

The first edition (named Rise Above) gathered an impressive line-up of heavy hitters which brought to life some of the first murals in Vegas. D*Face (pictured above), Alexis Diaz, Doze Green, Vhils, Zio Ziegler or Interesni Kazki each delivered some stunning works in the heart of Downtown.
Since the first edition was very successful, the Street Art program is back for a second round which will be unveiling new pieces and installations by D*Face, ROA, Cyrcle, Borondo, Maser, Misaki Kawai, Li-Hill, Fintan Magee, Bicicleta Sem Freio and Edoardo Tresoldi.
As a twist from the first edition and on top of the large-scale murals, an abandoned motel will be turned into an interactive installation by the artists. The motel will be opened for visit to the attendees during the festival.

For our second consecutive year of covering Life Is Beautiful for you, StreetArtNews will actually be in Las Vegas this time.
Check out a series of images from the previous edition after the click and be on the lookout for Life Is Beautiful to begin in Nevada this October.
